For more details of the Duchy scam you can listen to the person behind the Duchy of Cornwall Human Rights Association, John Angarrack, in interview on BBC radio Cornwall talking about his new book here: http://www.myspace.com/thecornwelliancornubianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13985409305363332274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5916651228966715021.post-81598712972051758302008-03-24T06:04:00.000+00:002008-03-24T06:04:00.000+00:00Faaaantastic!!Freedom!!I really hope someone does ...Faaaantastic!!
Freedom!!

I really hope someone does sue.
Getting Dari Taylor to answer my Letters is like talking to a brick wall.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5916651228966715021.post-62423096086429229192008-03-11T16:03:00.000+00:002008-03-11T16:03:00.000+00:00We should all stick a few quid in the pot to launc...We should all stick a few quid in the pot to launch a test case. It seems to easy to build a defence against. For example the MP can claim that he didn't realise that leaving a bit of information out of a speech would allow him to keep his job (a perfectly valid thing to say), and then the subsequent promotion to the cabinet was a completely unrelated event and would've happened anyway.
I would still like to see a bill which explicitly held MPs to account, and made it their duty to disclose all pertinent information at their disposal without spin or misdirection.
I guess at the end of the day we'll have to see what happens with the Fraud Bill, and what constitutes "material gain".Hamacharihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15523241340233026323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5916651228966715021.post-535089843475368472008-01-09T16:57:00.000+00:002008-01-09T16:57:00.000+00:00Hahahahahah!
